How a shipment runs

Every move follows the same five stages. You get an update at each one.

1

Quote

Tell us the product, volume, origin and market. We return an all-in rate, transit time and the temperature plan.

2

Book

We reserve air or reefer space and schedule pickup from the farm or packhouse cold room.

3

Certify

Phytosanitary certificate, invoice, packing list and airway bill or bill of lading are prepared and checked.

4

Clear

We file the entry and meet plant inspection at arrival so the cargo isn't left waiting on the ramp.

5

Deliver

Refrigerated trucks move the cargo to your cold room or distribution center with temperature records.

Compliance

A held box of roses is a lost box of roses
